Lemonhaze are a Scottish Indie/Rock band from Paisley. Formed in 2012 they have released 2 studio EP's, "Say Goodbye To Felix" (2013), "A Bath Of Reflection" (2015) and 3 singles "So-called Facts" (2014), "Feel" (2015) and "Mercury" (2016).
Decribed as "a band destined for bigger stages" by The Scottish Sun newspaper, Lemonhaze have toured troughout the UK Playing venues such as, SOHO's 100 club, King Tuts Wah Wah Hut and Manchester Academy. They were personally invited to support Liverpool's Britpop legends Cast, at Paisley Town Hall during their 2015 tour, to a sell out crowd of 1000 fans.
Also in 2015 they played a headline show at the Paisley Fireworks event, on the main stage outside the historic Paisley Abbey. The event saw an astonishing 33,000 people line the streets as the band played their brand of infectious Indie/Rock.
The sound of Lemonhaze can be described as Indie/Rock with a modern take on New Wave music from the 80's. Inspired by bands like The Smiths and Echo and the Bunnymen. They incorporate electronic and dance themes but also manage to remain true to the ethos of using live instruments to create their sound. The band display a great deal of complexity both lyrically and musically which makes for an enthralling live performance.
